Configure and Personalize

You have total control over the look and feel of your voting panel and reports. We do not require you to carry our advertisements, banners, disclaimers or annoying pop-ups, pop-unders or page re-directs.

You can specify the fonts, colors, borders, styles and backgrounds of all the different text elements. You can add your organization's logo, branding, watermark and other artwork and images to the panel layout, and personalize the wording of user prompts, buttons, labels and messages. You can even customize the color, style and type of graphs.

Question Types

Question types include single answer radio buttons, drop-down menus, multiple answer check boxes, plus the ability to enter open-ended (free-form) text. You can have one or two questions per poll: one multiple choice question, one open-ended question, or one of each.

Fast Response

Your web page isn't refreshed or reloaded when a respondent votes. You get instant results, and have the option to display them within your voting panel or in a separate pop-up window.

Multi-Lingual

Poll in any language. This is a great option if you expect international visitors to your web site.

"Ballot Box" Control

Prevent duplicate polls by restricting visitors to just one vote.

Security

Your polling code is invisible to others, and your data is safe on our secure servers. Beware of less sophisticated polling systems that let hackers copy your code and place it on their web site. We let you specify what domains your polling panel will reside on, to further ensure integrity and security.

Randomize Answer Choices

Often the sequence of the list of answer choices presented to voters can unintentionally introduce bias in the results. Randomizing the order of your list of answer choices works to reduce or eliminate this bias.

Schedule and Response Quotas

Specify the start and cut-off time when you will stop accepting votes, and set a limit on the number of polls you can collect. Automatically be notified through email when you have reached the cut-off date or when you have received the specified number of responses.

Online Reports, Real-time Results

You can view up-to-the-minute statistics about your poll at any time. One click gives you immediate access to an up-to-the-moment online report with frequency counts and percentages. More complex configurable reports are also available, with options to view results and various statistics by demographic groupings, dates, and other filters. Comments reports for open-ended questions are available and can be sorted and filtered.

You can download your results data to a file on your computer. This file is in an industry-standard tab-delimited, Microsoft® Excel, Access or XML format, and is ready for immediate use. You can easily import it into your favorite database or statistical analysis software, or send it electronically to your back-office information systems.
